I’m a fourth-year Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Architecture of the College of Environmental Design at the University of California, Berkeley. I’m an architect with a master’s degree in Urban Planning from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Before joining the Ph.D. program at UC Berkeley I worked as a professional architect in Santiago, where I designed a Memorial Patio 29 and a Parque de la Ciudadanía Estadio Nacional. In 2014 I published a book about the Chile’s National Stadium using a multi-level approach that included aspects of architecture, urban history, and memory, entitled
